Verst Logistics is partnering with Coupa to launch a new digital purchase order, invoice, and payments platform to improve the procurement and account payables functions for Verst Logistics and its related companies. Coupa will streamline our procurement and internal approval processes to help shorten the approval time for our vendor invoices. Coupa will offer multiple payment methods such as virtual credit cards and ACH/direct deposit which can help make payments available quicker to vendors. Coupa will also provide a vendor portal to receive purchase orders, upload invoices and track and manage your accounts receivable in one place. This portal will allow you instant access to every payment and associated remittance advice at no cost to you!

When you receive your Coupa invitation, I would encourage the person responsible for cash management (CFO, Controller, Treasury, Accounts Receivable) to review this platform and then create your free Coupa account. Creating your Coupa Supplier account is very important because this is how we will manage vendor invoices and payments moving forward.

One important note is that if you are a current brokerage carrier for Verst Logistics, you will NOT use Coupa to submit invoices, rather you will continue to use the [email protected] email address to submit them.
