Sun is partnering with Coupa to launch a new procurement program that will improve efficiency and guide Sun team members to our supplier partners. This program will provide suppliers with the ability to view and manage catalogs, purchase orders and communicate fulfillment/shipment details.

We ask all our suppliers to set up a Coupa account when you receive your invitation in August so we’re ready to do business. There is no cost to do business with Sun through Coupa.

For those suppliers who have a catalog set up for Sun, we will be contacting you soon to discuss the transition to Coupa. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ’s provided or contact our team at [email protected].

Please note: There is no change in the process for invoicing at this time.  Please continue to email invoices to [email protected]. Coupa may request payment or remittance related information to support your ability to do business with other Coupa customers through the Coupa Supplier Portal.
