Are there fees to set up an account or to transact business through the Coupa Supplier Portal the portal?
No, there is no fee to set up an account or to use the portal.
Why am I being requested to provide payment and remittance information while registering?
This is standard for the Coupa Supplier Portal and is used for other Coupa customers but will not apply to Sun.
When does Sun Inc. Go Live with Coupa?
Starting August 11, 2025, Sun Inc. will start sending all purchase orders through Coupa.
What about the Purchase orders sent through the previous, Ivalua platform prior to August 11?
Any purchase order sent through the Ivalua platform is still valid and should be fulfilled and invoiced. Please confirm and provide shipping notices in Ivalua to close out those transactions. Sun Inc. team members will have access to the old platform for historical purposes for a time but no new purchase orders will be sent via this system after the Coupa Go Live date.
How will invoicing be impacted?
Invoicing is not in scope, so therefore, will not be impacted. Please continue to invoice Sun Inc. at [email protected]
