We’re pleased to announce that Sonoco is transitioning from Ariba to Coupa for virtual card payments. The change will provide you with additional transparency and traceability to your payments, resulting in process improvements and efficiency for you and for Sonoco. We would like to provide additional details on key process changes:

• Sonoco will continue to expedite payments via single-use virtual cards after our transition to Coupa, through Coupa Pay.

• Electronic invoices must be sent to Sonoco via Coupa Supplier Portal or by invoicing directly from the PO you receive. Want more information on easy invoicing? See here.

• Once your invoice is approved, a virtual card number will be sent to you via secure email containing a listing of the invoices associated with your payment. A maximum of one card a day will be generated, possibly with multiple invoices.

Next steps:

1. Click on Register now to confirm your email details for the Sonoco virtual credit card program.

2. An email will be sent to you requesting you register with Sonoco through the Coupa Supplier Portal.
