Below you will find an overview of Coupa’s Supplier Portal and the various tools available.

Click Log In
Click Close or Take Tour
*It is recommended to take the Tour at least once.

Coupa Home Page

The main page includes access to your
Notifications, Profile, Orders, and Invoices.

Notifications and Notification Settings

Notifications is similar to an Email inbox. You can set your notification preferences by clicking the “Notification Preferences” on the top right corner. Once you adjust, scroll to the bottom and click “Save”.


You can select if you are updating your profile information for the public or
for an individual company.

To update your profile with an individual company, select it from the
dropdown box and you will be routed to your Supplier Information Profile.
When finished, select “Submit for Approval”..

Orders (Purchase Orders)

Orders is where you will find all of your purchase orders (POs).

You can select your customer to view different purchase orders.
You will be able to create an invoice from this page by clicking on the gold stack of coins or clicking into the PO number.

If you do not see the purchase order you are looking for, please reach out to your company contact.


On the Invoices tab, you can edit draft invoices and see the status of each of
your submitted invoices. You can use the View dropdown to sort by status or
“Create View” to customize what you see.


The Admin tab is where you will be add Users, Merge your other Coupa accounts, View your Remit-To information, and complete your e-invoicing Setup.


To invite Users, click “Invite User”, enter the user’s information, and select the permissions and customers you wish to give them access to. Click Send
Invitation and the User will receive an Email from Coupa prompting them
to accept and create a password.

Merge Request

Merge requests are used if you have more than one Coupa profile. On this page, you will be able to review any merge requests you may have and accept or decline them.

You can send out merge requests from this page as well. Enter the email address of the other account and click “Request Merge”. They will receive a notification to accept or decline.

*If a recommended supplier appears on the home page and you click “Request Merge”, this page will appear.

e-Invoicing Setup

Here you will be able to view all the Legal Entities you created. You will be able to deactivate the entities by clicking “Action” or adding new Legal Entities by
clicking “Add Legal Entity”.
