Lifespace Communities is partnering with Coupa to launch a new digital payments program to get you paid faster. This program will shorten the payment cycle by depositing payments directly into your bank account or providing you with a credit card payment. Additionally, you can track and manage all your accounts receivable in one place and get instant access to every payment and associated remittance advice.

I would encourage the person responsible for cash management to review this program and activate your free Coupa account. Typically, this would be the CFO, Controller or Head of Accounts Receivable.

With Lifespace’s transition to Coupa, we will no longer be processing paper checks as a form of payment for our suppliers as of June 1, 2022. Virtual credit card & ACH payments will be our preferred methods of payment.

When your e-Invoices are approved, you’ll be able to see the payment status in the Invoices tab.
