This program can shorten the payment cycle by sending you virtual card payments directly by secure email, which you process exactly like a physical credit card. Additionally, you can track and manage all your accounts receivable in the Coupa Supplier Portal and get instant access to every payment and associated remittance advice.
I would encourage the person responsible for cash management to review this program and enroll if virtual card payments are an option for your business. Typically this would be the CFO, Controller or Accounts Receivable.
